Possible low gas prices at the pump after Maduro’s capture? But for how long? Its no telling how much the energy giants will make off of this oil grab and at most, it would feel better to have low gas prices with Maduro never being captured and an actually deal, made. So much for art of the deal….. Main thing that stands out is how much is this administration going to sell Venezuelan oil to China or any other previous investors for, and who will get that profit? This move will prevent brics from trading oil in a different currency for the time being..| January 5, 2026 | WNEM TV5 |
Opinion: One thing that sucks about being unbiased pertaining to this is, yeah, low gas prices will benefit the American people but at the same time illegally invading another country for it, creates an uneasy feeling at the pump for those that are in the know of whats going on, who dont want Venezuela to be colonized. This is definitely one of those situation’s where its ‘Ignorance is bliss’. Just looking at it like, damn uncle sam you just stole that mans oil and got away with it, but if I did the same thing then id be in handcuffs / put on display to mainstream media as a violent thug thats potentially dangerous….
