The International Criminal Court has been waved off by the United States of America many times. With this being known, is the International Criminal Court still credible? Im pretty sure, if you were to wave off the Judicial system in America you’d be locked up in a heartbeat. My only thing is what gives the U.S government that ability to wave off an international court system? How can they lock up U.S citizens that break the law that pay taxes but when it comes to the International Criminal Court they can be like that court dosent matter?
