Imagine being nice with a quantum computer before it becomes a common everyday household item. It may not be 100% accurate but this is a smooth marketing tool for IBM in a way where: Let the people get a feel for our version of the quantum computer so boom when we start selling these bad boys that familar feeling will have them like , were already familar with how this works so why not stick with it.
